iPhone

So, my computer is getting "healed" right now and I will be able to upload pictures by the end of the day. Finally. I have to say that having a small camera on my phone has been pretty fun. Here is a sampling of the pictures we have taken lately. These tend to be "A Day In The Life" pictures.

I have a more informative post coming soon, but suffice it to say that we are all doing really well. I am feeling great and already cannot believe that I ever was pregnant. The baby perfect. She is sweet and peaceful and a great sleeper. We are still working on her eating, but I think she is doing just fine. We start therapies for her next week (that should be interesting). The kids are adjusting really well. Jacob is very sweet with her and is the only one that is at all interested in holding her anymore, Norah thinks she is a doll and chants "my baby" over and over when she sees her. Lauren still loves to play with her, but anything over 10 seconds is too long for her. Derek is smitten. He can often be heard saying "she is so cute I can't even stand it". This girl already has him worked. It took the other kids at least a year to get to this point.

These are for you, Heather and Beth.

This picture captures my life pretty well, TV, bread and butter, baby, cooking magazines (I just read, not actually cook these days) and my bed. Welcome to my world.

Jacob--still naked most of the time, still loves his bubble baths and still my silly, funny boy.

Apparently Norah found the phone

Jacob asked Derek for a pen in church. Then he struck this pose and said "what do you need from the grocery store dad? Ice Cream? Diet Coke?". I might be going to hell because I took a picture during sacrament meeting, but at least we weren't in the chapel.

Gracie's Indian name would be "Ace Longtorso"

The "bookends", Lulu and Gracie.....(Cubby and Norah are the "mids", as in mid(dle) kids)

We play music after dinner and the kids dance while I clean up. It gets the wiggles out and helps us leave the evening on a happy note, since they are wild animals at night anyway. Currently we are loving anything Abba, Mika's "Lollipop" and the soundtrack from Enchanted.

Come on, is she the cutest or what? Go Cardinal

But it is amazing how quickly she transforms from adorable to Micky Rooney

Apparently, Cubby also found my phone

The kids are gorgeous (as usual!). I just had to comment because my kids love Mika's "Lollipop", too! The scream for it every time we are in the car. They say..."GET YOU DOWN, MOM! GET YOU DOWN!"

You have such cute kids! We both have babies that are a few weeks apart named Grace! I love seeing how your little family is adjusting to a new baby! Our kids are still in the transition phase. Your baby is so cute in pink! Good wishes to you and your family!

Your kids are so freakin' cute. I've been dying for more Ace pics! I am tempted to take pics in church almost every week.

Yes Julie, that is why I will actually be GOING to hell, because while you are just tempted, I do it...

Holladay Family--Ace has never worn anything BUT pink. I just bought all pink. She is a very pink baby..so that works. I hope your kids feel more settled soon (and congrats on your Grace!)

Christy--indeed GET YOU DOWN!!! I love it.

Oh Bek! Thanks for the update- I've been checking in every day hoping for some crumbs from your table. Your children are SO beautiful- all of them.

And as far as your life? Dude, what's better than bed, tv, bread and a baby? I'd be content forever.

I've been checking every day for new pictures and these are just the best. Grace is SO so darling, I can just tell she's sweet. And I'm now wanting some bread and butter...

Oh, you know my dad takes pictures during sacrament meeting all the time--Margot's blessing, yep. . . (well, it's good to have it documented for all those who missed the blessed day. I'm sure they're dying to see photos!)

I can't wait to see hold that baby!!!

Adorable children, all! I need to use my camera phone more, but I don't think I can download mine, so what's the point. My tech support has abandoned me (Chris). He is sick of me not remembering what he "teaches" me, but why remember when he is here? I digress . . . I LOVE your blog (it's my favorite!) I want to blog like you when I grow up!!

Thanks for de-lurking and leaving a comment! :) I actually came across your blog last week and bookmarked it! I meant to leave a comment, actually I thought I did comment, but I guess I didn't - blaming that on post-pregnancy brain (which I still claim even though it's been 2 months!) I wanted to congratulate you on the birth of your daughter! She is so adorable!

I understand the frustration about weight gain, Kayla had lost weight by the time of her 2 wk well baby check up. It was a slow process, and she's still small (actually 25% for weight on the typical charts now!) LOL

If you have any questions, or what not, ask away! :)

I miss my blog friends. That is why I must blog more, so I can chat with you all more often.

Nellie--I don't know how to download my pictures either. I actually e mail them to myself and then save them on the computer (hangs her head in shame...). I am sure there is an easier way....

Total angels... Grace is so delicate and sweet looking, I can see why your hubby is so smitten. I'm anxious to learn more about what therapies she will have to go to, etc.

Oh my, what a gorgeous family you have! Congrats on your newest member. She is beautiful! I am so glad you stopped by to say hello on my blog and I look forward to catching up on yours.

And BTW, Micky Rooney wishes he looked so good!

So cute... I can hardly stand it, too!

If you are going to hell, then I am too... I have been known to take a snapshot or two during sacrament meeting. How could I not? Oscar had rolled his church pants up to his thighs because "he was hot". :) I also took a couple dozen in our chapel today during my daughter's piano recital. Bring on the brimstone.

I actually saw this post right when you first put it up but didn't have time to comment then, so I came back this morning to make sure you know how happy I am to see your bundle of pink! :)

Ugh, weigh gain sucks, but your kiddos are beautiful. I love your blog and have been catching up on posts when I have time.

I tagged you for a meme...if you have some time to kill, LOL. Ya know, in between raising kiddos and all that jazz. ;)
