Filler...

Some unbearable Halloween themed cuteness....

On Jacobs birthday we went to the greatest pumpkin patch ever. It is in Half Moon Bay, right on the ocean. It is the Disney of Halloween. Yes, I like to get my kids into holiday themed clothing (and they all look REALLY good in orange...)

Norah was not impressed with the hay or the pumpkins..... or the licorice...

Jacob thought it was all for his birthday. Score for mom. Check out his "I see braces in his future" grin.

Lets see if Norah does better with her older sister...... No......

This one is the cutest pumpkin in the patch......

How is Nono doing? Well, she isn't crying anymore, but she still wasn't too sure about the whole thing...she acted like any minute D was going to drop her in a pile of pumpkins......

Every year we take a picture of the kids with these cookies.....

and on these rocking horses.....

again, Norah was not impressed......

"Mom, I just love all these pumpkins"

"Do NOT make me touch these pumpkins...."

I also did the matchy/matchy dress thing for church. The dresses are orange with smocked collars and little spiders and witches embroidered on them. Yay for E bay....

It appears that Norah is as impressed with this dress as she is with all other things Halloween

"NOT FAIR".

I am not sure why she was saying this now but she was not happy about something. The closer she gets to 10, the more I see this face....

One last shot... this is another fun game in our house. First, put the baby in the shopping cart, then push it in a circle as fast as you can. Wait for baby to throw up (or not).

As long as No has her honey-bunny she is fine. She actually LOVES this game. Never a dull moment in our house....

That should tide you over until tomorrow. I am still on bed rest (having contractions--boo) and D is in Boston. I have the best babysitter ever, she took the kids to her house where they will play with her dog, get their hair done and generally have so much fun they will cry when they have to come home. I get to lay flat on my back and NOT think about how much laundry I have to do......

Tune in tomorrow for:
--Will she or won't she have to go to the hospital overnight to monitor the contractions
--Jacob as a butterfly
--How much of a mess does one small blog of yogurt REALLY make?
--Baby news...is he really a she? Is there a long line of therapy in our future?

Always a party at our house people. Don't be too jealous.

Thanks for the pictures, updates, and 'sneak peek'. You've been in my thoughts a lot these days.

Take good care.

I have never before left a comment on anyone's blog! Rebecca -- I LOVE that I found you!! Your family is gorgeous and I am praying for #4 and you. I had an amnio, but it was 10 years ago! Ugh, I am not getting any younger!! Anyway, I want to get your real email so I don't have to post my comments for all to see . . . You are in my prayers and thoughts -- XOXO Nellie (do you know anyone else with this name?) :)

Um, your kids couldn't be ANY cuter. And I LOVE Halloween clothes too!! My kids have been wearing their T's all week. We didn't make it to church though, but I'm sure we would have gone orange. :) We're all sick here. I should have called you today, if you were home all alone. I thought about it, but it was still too early my time, and I didn't think you wanted to chat at 6ish your time!! :) I thought of a good book for you, it's called the Bondwoman's Narrative by Henry Louis Gates Jr. Maybe you've read it, I think I mentioned it on my blog a million years ago. (ok, last year). Anyway, your still in my prayers and thoughts. More cyber hugs coming your way to you and your CUTE family!!

CUTE CUTE CUTE... That Jacob and those eyes... I don't think Norah likes orange.

Where are the pics of the BEAUTIFUL MOMMY?

Hope you get some news tomorrow! I just finished Lipstick Jungle by Candace Bushnell... LOVED it... we're sick so a novel like that hit the spot. ;-)

Those are soooo sweet. The ones with the cookies are my favorite.

I wish I lived closer. I would come and sit on your bed and fold the laundry while we could chat.

Best--

HILARIOUS. I laughed so hard at Nono in her shopping cart with honey bunny. Cubby is such a riot!

Wow, you're back! It sounds like you've done a lot of living since May. I hope you hear about your test and that the results are a treat, not a trick. The Halloween pictures are cute, nice find on ebay! How fun that you have a cookie/rocking horse picture tradition.
