The one and only picture

....of me pregnant. I think my sister has one of me at Disneyland a few months ago, but I just didn't take any. Now I know why. This proves that no matter how small you are at the beginning and how "well" you carry and how good you feel...we are all huge by the end.

I didn't feel as big as I looked. Yikes. I also wore black a lot, but did the white thing so you can see the real size. No wonder the baggers at Safeway always wanted to unload my cart for me. Sheesh.

This was on the way to the hospital and Gracie J was here just a few hours after this photo. It has only been 6 days but I already can't believe that she was ever in there....

Why do we ever need pictures of ourselves pregnant? At least you don't carry the baby weight in your face -- my nose swells up so big that even if the belly is not showing, I can tell I was pregs just by looking at my face. But that baby of yours is so incredibly adorable -- those tiny features, no wonder everyone is loving on her!! Don't worry -- you are going to be too busy to eat, so that baby weight will just melt away!!

I guess if you had to choose only one that would be it--it's so sweet with Lauren hugging you both.

How are you feeling? Really?

I think you look great. I saw a picture of Halle Berry 9 months pregnant and you look way better than she did. I'm serious!
And, at least you documented it. I was never very good with the pictures either. I'd rather take them then pose for one.

very cute picture with Lauren.

You look terrific -- and like you're relieved because you know it's going to be over? :) (or maybe that's projection -- I adored the babies but was a terrible sport about the pregnancies!)

I think you look terrific! And the photo itself is just precious with Lauren hugging you like that in her little Dora pjs. Such sweetness. I'm glad you have that photo. HBJ

I gave you a big "Awwwwww" when I saw that pic :). Lauren looks so lovey and you look happy. I've been trying to take pics every month since month 5 for the fam and friends who "want to see bump pics" (which really means, they want to see me fat) and I always try to have Amelie kissing the belly. Then I can relax and smile and focus less on my size! LOL. Gracie J is beautiful! Congrats again!

P.S. I'm going to be in California from the 4th to the 9th. I know you have a lot on your plate right now, but if you want to add some thai food and a blog-play date to that, let me know. :)

That is a very sweet picture. And you still look beautiful. :) Gracie is a doll. She is so adorable. I love that Cubby calls her Santa. I owe you an email, but things have been crazy around here. Going to Seattle for the weekend (my grandpa passed away - not unexpectedly, it's a good thing). I had a busy weekend planned, so now I've got to find sitters, etc. Should be fun though, I'm going w/out kiddos!! I won't know what to do with myself. Hope things are going well at your home!!

You look glowy and beautiful. It's weird...when I'm preggers I feel great and think and I look fantastic... but it's not until afterwards...looking back at my pictures do I ask my husband, how he let me walk outside the house looking huge? ;-)

Yes...tell us how you are feeling!

I just found your blog... Google reader actually recommended it to me! So glad I did! I just had my 4th baby last week too, and I have a Lauren as well.(I felt like a giant whale while I was preggers, and I was too scared to take a photo of myself... for fear of the necessary therapy after seeing it! Kudos to you for taking the photo!)
ALL of your babies are so adorable & I will be checking back! You are a great read!
